Return & Exchange Policy

At ScentsBlooms, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item is unopened and unused.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We will gladly replace items if they:

  • Arrive damaged.

  • Are defective.

  • You receive the wrong product.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened perfumes

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
